ART360: Color the Corner invites the community to bring their creativity to Jitu Weusi Plaza for a free afternoon of hands-on art, making, and fun!
Join us on Saturday, September 12, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the corner of Fulton Street & Grand Avenue for a family-friendly celebration of creativity featuring activities for all ages. Meet a live pet portrait artist (Pet Portraits Ink) and capture your furry friend on canvas, create colorful glass bead crafts with Urban Glass, contribute to a collaborative tape art canvas with Tape Art NYC, and design your own reusable market tote to take home.
And in keeping with our Color the Corner theme, you’ll also have a chance to help transform Jitu Weusi Plaza itself with a community chalk art mural! Grab some chalk, add your own creative touch, and help us fill the plaza with color.
Whether you’re an experienced artist or just looking to make something fun, ART360: Color the Corner is a chance to create, connect, and make your mark in the FAB Fulton district.
